Are metal dice safe to roll on any surface?
Metal dice are heavy — that's the point — but they can scratch wood or glass tables. We recommend pairing them with one of our leather or vegan leather rolling trays, which is why we sell them side by side.
What's in a mystery dice bag?
That's the fun part: we don't know either. Each Mystery & Loot item ships with a randomized selection from the maker — gemstone, liquid core, metal, or resin depending on the product. Duplicates are possible but rare.
Will the Game Master screen work with my system?
Yes. The Ultimate Game Master screen line is system-agnostic — the magnetic panels, trackers, and pouches work just as well for Pathfinder, Call of Cthulhu, or your homebrew as they do for D&D 5e.
Are your class dice sets official?
The D&D Adventure Dice Sets are officially licensed. Each set includes the specialized dice for that class's most common rolls.
Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Items ship from our partner makers, so pieces from different makers may arrive in separate packages.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.
What if my dice arrive damaged?
Contact us through the Contact page with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no persuasion check required.
Returns
What's your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Mystery items are final sale (fate's decision is binding). Reach out via the Contact page to start a return.
